RENEW North Staffordshire
About RENEW
Renew North Staffordshire is a partnership of local organisations who are working together to deliver a multi-million pound investment programme called housing market renewal.
The programme is just one of nine in England to receive government funding - is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a stronger, more stable housing market for the region.
Renew North Staffordshire’s main aims are to create housing and communities that better suit local needs - helping to boost the local economy and attracting more people to live in North Staffordshire. One of the focal areas of activity is the City Centre South Area of Major Intervention.
Renew North Staffordshire is funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and is regulated by the Audit Commission.
