Terms and Conditions for use of the rooms
- You are responsible for setting up the room as required and ensuring that the room is left as you found it.
- All rubbish must be removed and taken away – failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- The cost of the room is for room hire only – the following items are not provided:
- toilet tissue
- soap
- kitchen washing/cleaning facilities
- Any missing or broken items must be paid for – failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Security:
- City Waterside Community Centre: on arrival the room will be opened for your use and will be locked on departure by our representative.
- Rectory Road Community Centre: the person making a booking will collect the keys from the neighbourhood worker, Dave Robb, and is responsible for locking up and returning the keys to him afterwards.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any booking cancellation. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation charge being made.
